Projektbeschreibung

Wireless communication is becoming increasingly important for critical applications where low latency and continuous connectivity are essential. At the same time, environments such as live events present challenging conditions for wireless systems. While private mobile networks offer a promising solution, their complexity and cost still make them difficult to access and operate for many organizations.
EZRA addresses this gap by making private mobile networks simple and accessible. The system brings all required network components together in a compact solution, enabling fast deployment with minimal setup effort while maintaining high reliability and low latency. By reducing the complexity of deploying and operating private mobile networks, EZRA makes the technology practical for temporary and demanding environments.
With support from First Ventures, EZRA is bringing this technology into practical use. The project combines technical development with validation in real-world environments and collaboration with industry partners. The insights gained are used to further develop the system and establish the foundation for a scalable product offering.

Stand/Resultate

During the first phase of the EXECUTE project, the technical concept was further developed and tested in different configurations. In parallel, field trials at live events were carried out to test assumptions about potential applications and better understand the requirements of real-world deployments. These activities provided valuable input for both the technical development and the positioning of the solution.
The results have helped to sharpen the focus of EZRA. While the initial development concentrated strongly on the mobile network itself, the practical work has highlighted the importance of the overall system and making private mobile networks easier to deploy and operate. Based on these findings, the system architecture and product concept are being further developed.
The next phase focuses on implementing and productizing the resulting system architecture and further developing the compact base station as part of the overall EZRA solution. In parallel, the business concept and target markets will be further refined to prepare for market entry.
